Which Dashboard interface is correct?

We are gearing up to upgrade from Confluence 5.5.2 to 6.2.3. When we run a standalone install of 6.2.3, we get a different Dashboard than when we run the upgrade against 5.5.2.

Which is the correct one? And how do I switch the wrong one to the correct one? Sorry for the large images... Thank you in advance, as this forum editor is very wonky when you add large images! :/

This is the Dashboard after running an upgrade from 5.5.2 to 6.2.3:

Here is the Dashboard after installing 6.2.3 alone - we like this one!:

I had an issue like this as well. Turns out in Confluence Admin -> Look and Feel -> Layouts we had a custom Global Layout ... I believe. I think the upgrade made the custom layout because I don't think I ever did. Anyway, setting it back to default fixed it for me.

Davin, thanks for the reply. Seems you are correct. The Global Layout did have "Reset Default", as if somebody had edited it. We're back to the appropriate dashboard template.

Much thanks,

Chris
