The below marketing page is totally disconnected from the reality. I was expecting an End User Documentation space and template. Please suggest here as we don't find any templates with name "End User Documentation" as mentioned on the below page.

I'll admit, I was also a bit underwhelmed by this page. It's cool to know that Confluence can be used for all these types of documentation, but it would be nice to learn how.
My team set out to document some of this on Rock the Docs, a guide for writing documentation in Confluence. I hope you're able to find some good info there. Have a look at the Creating Topics section.

That page makes no mention of an "End User Documentation" templates. In fact the word template isn't even used on the page. That section of the page is simply talking about the types of documentation that people often used Confluence for.
As for templates, if you are a space administrator you are able to create templates for how you work. Confluence comes with some templates that are pretty refined to specific things, but for something as broad as "End User Documentation" there would be no way to create a template for that as it would vary so much by company and how they would like to present information to end users.
