Where is the admin dashboard for Confluence Cloud?

This is probably the most beginner-level question posted here. After you purchase cloud hosting, where do you go to set up the URL you want, start adding spaces and users, etc.? The only settings I can find are for account options like contact and billing.

You would have selected the url when you bought it.

Daniel, I made my purchase without ever having to select a URL.

It seems like the only way to set up is to request a free trial. There is no setup process if you start by knowing that you want the product.
