Where is the Confluence Companion App "downloaded" from

I am trying to determine where the Companion App is located.  When I click on the "Edit In Office" option it says it is going to download the app from the Confluence installation site (I am using Confluence Server, not the cloud) but the download fails because it can not find it.  Is the app included as part of the standard confluence Server installation package? If so, where in the installation directory structure can I find it, I have not had any luck finding it.
