Where is placed application links constantly?

I had several Jira accounts, cloud and self-hosted.
And in each of them the placement/path of Application Links is different
-For old self-hosted
Applications -> Integrations -> Application Links
- For cloud
Jira Settings - Products - Application Links

But we need unified path to create an instruction for users how to create Aplication Link for our application in Jira for both versions

Currently, the design languages for both environments are a bit different. In Cloud we have Atlassian Design Guidelines 3 (ADG3). You can check a little more information here:
