Where is my confluence trial?

Deleted user August 12, 2019

Hi,

I just signed up for a 30-day trial. Got a popup saying they would email my system admin (I guess because we already have Jira).

I now don't know how to access the trial. Any clues/

Hi @[deleted],

welcome to the Atlassian Community.

The usual link structure is to add a "/wiki" to the end of your Jira url. So if your Jira instance runs on https://XXX.atlassian.net, try https://XXX.atlassian.net/wiki.

It might be that your site admin (probably your Jira admin), has to approve your trial.

Cheers,
Matthias.

You also say "30 day trial", which implies you have got Server, not Cloud (Cloud is a 7 day trial).  If you have got a server trial, you need to download and install the software on your own server.

Thanks, though I do have a cloud trial, for some reason it turned out to be 30 days (at least according to the messages returned when I signed up). I've found it now, so I'll see if I can check when the trial ends.
