When I attempt to log into SalesForce, I receive an error stating: (See below in RED)
however, when I review my access in "MyAccess", I have Existing "Global Commercial Salesforce Access".

You should contact your SFDC administrator or your IT Helpdesk and they should be able to help you. This forum is for customers that are using Atlassian products, you probably ended up here because your company also uses Atlassian products.
