Where can I see an example of the color theme's page menu selected background color in action?

We are customizing Confluence using the Color Scheme Settings. We are not sure where the "Page Menu Selected Background" color is actually used. Should this color appear with a Confluence page's menu (represented by the ellipses) selected/displaying? The color in our scheme certainly is not what we see when the page menu is selected (nor for any page menu item selected). So I'm wondering if I'm not understanding what is meant by Page Menu in the color scheme settings.

I believe I'm correct in thinking that the page menu is the drop down that appears where the ellipses are. Unfortunately I've learned that there is a bug that prevents your color scheme from overriding the default that Confluence is configured with, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-58399?error=login_required&error_description=Login+required&state=eee3fd42-2fdc-423b-9e3b-bf5941a794c1
