Where can I find the CSS for the Global Look and Feel theme?

How can I use the Global Look and Feel theme when I export to HTML? Is the CSS stylesheet available?

Thank you for the link! That gets me a littler closer to what I need. I'm considering purchasing ScrollVersions so I don't have to build my CSS from scratch. I want my exported content to have a simple, clean look like the Global Look and Feel in the Confluence authoring environment. Appreciate your help!
