Where I can download vulnerable Confluence?

I want to build my own training laboratory where vulnerable confluence (CVE-2019-3396) will be used. Can you tell me where to download it?

You can download old versions of Confluence from the Confluence Server Download Archives.

No, old versions are not patched. You can see in the Security Advisory which versions are affected by it and what version you should upgrade to.
