I am using Confluence in the Cloud version, hosted by Atlassian. Periodically I receive a message regarding add-on new versions.

How can I know which version I am using?
What should I do to assure that I am using the last version?

Hi Mario,

In Confluence Cloud you can view the add-ons and their versions at Settings>Manage Add-ons or the URL: https://<your_instance>.atlassian.net/wiki/plugins/servlet/upm?source=side_nav_manage_addons. There should be alerts there if you have an out of date plugin.
