When trying to add a comment to a page it says can't save comment!!!

Every time try and put a comment about a page in confluence get a message saying can't save comment - checked permissions all ok.

Please advise ASAP!!

What exactly is the full text of the error message?  Can you comment on other pages in the same space?  Or other spaces?
