When loading PPTs the Thumbnails Won't Load

When loading PPTs the Thumbnails Won't Load

Only some of them will load. I tried copying them all from another project and it only will crash Confluence and we have to reboot the server. I have tried putting the individually PPTs into subcategories and that is not working either. Any thoughts?

Maybe it's nonsense but the files you are trying to upload have the size allowed by confluence, because sometimes this causes inconveniences, it is to rule out possible errors
