When i click on Alert detail( I-tool) is showing me 'site can't reached'.

when i click on detail of any alert(i-tool) it show site can't reached, this url come with port but if i manually remove the port from url the i-tool start working.

i -tool belongs to investigation tool which help bank people to investigate alerts/fraud. This come in Case Management System.
