Bita,
Please ensure that you have a homepage set. You can do this by going to Space Tools > Overview > Space Details > Edit > Home page: and you can set a homepage there.
the home page is set to the main top page of the space

we changed the home page as you suggested but that didn't resolve the problem.

Bita,
Patrick mention looking at any plugins you have on your site. Did you install any new plugins lately? If you have you have installed a new plugin try disabling it. If that does not resolve the issue you should submit a support ticket to Atlassian - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

have submitted a ticket already. as for plugin, we have installed draw.io diagrams... but the fact that some spaces work and other don't lead me to think it is not the plugin.
I think it might be some orphan pages or renamed pages that is causing this.. it works for a few users but the majority are having problem.
it might also be that they have pushed a new build that is having an issue. The user with no issue does not see the little home icon on the page tree home page vs I see that.. there is a distinct UI differences.

If you disable the draw.io plugin does it resolve the issue?

Hi @[deleted]
If there are ever performance issues on cloud I usually check here first: status.atlassian.com.
In this case it seems like the last issue with Confluence Cloud was December 5th. Does this correlate to when your customers are having trouble?
Next I would check for add-ons or custom macros that might make the space load slower than others.
Is it only for one space or all spaces?
