When editing the page, only the title is displayed.

We have created a  page, but when it comes time to edit it, only the title is displayed. The first snapshot shows the contents of the page. Second snapshot shows when trying to edit the page.  There is a "red flag" displayed but hovering on it or clicking on it does nothing.

The big red flag shows a person, who is actually editing the page (collaborative editing)

This is just a suggestion, but it could be, that someone (the person who is the red flag) deleted the whole page. He didn't save it yet, so the page is unpublished. Now, when you want to edit the page, you see the unpublished page.
