What user info visible to space admins vs Site Administrators?

I've been working on a report (using Reporting add-on) that shows me user info/stats including signup date, last login date, whether they're deactivated, pages authored, groups, etc. I intend to use this report to help troubleshoot why someone can't access the wiki or a space or edit a page.

I believe I have the setup correct, and ServiceRocket support seems to agree, but I am not seeing groups info or signup date in the report. I understand that as a Lowly, Humble Space Admin, I wouldn't be able to see other users' groups. Is the same true of signup date?

What user info can space admins view, vs. info that only Site Admins or top-level admins can view? Thank you for your insights.

@Michelle Rau HP , I've recreated a scenario on my play instance listing all members of the confluence-users group and the only restriction is related to group visibility for those who have Personal Space and Create Space global permissions only. Therefore, users who have Confluence Administrator, System Administrator global permissions and those who are a member of the confluence-administrators group, can view the users' information such as signup dates and groups.
