What’s the easiest way to make A4 lined pages that actually print correctly?

I’m trying to prepare some simple lined pages for students to use for handwriting practice and homework, but I’m having a frustrating time getting the lines and spacing right.

When I create the page myself, the lines sometimes look fine on the screen but the margins or spacing change when I print it. I also need different line spacing because younger children need wider lines than older students.

I was wondering if there’s an easier way to create a reusable A4 template in Confluence instead of having to format every page again and again.

Has anyone here found a simple solution for this? Or do you usually just use a ready-made A4 lined paper template and attach it to the page?

I’d really like something simple that I can print whenever I need it without having to fight with the formatting every time.

Hi, @M_ Ir

Sorry, but how it is linked with Atlassian products? Sure, that it mustn't be made on Jira or Confluence side.

You can google something like "create lined a4 paper pdf" and first resources are exactly what you need.

It's not a very good thing to place links to external resources here, but you can try for example this resource returned by google query. There are many different templates.
And if you like, you can place them in Confluence, on specific page.
