What powers this site? Atlassian answers.

Hi, long time JIRA user here however we are in the process of moving our whole system over the the Atlassian hosted suite (Jira, Conf, Bamboo, Service Desk).

Question, I want to set up service desk for support tickets but the more I use this site the more I realise this would be perfect for our customers. So, what powers Atlasssian Answers and how can I replicate it?

I've filed this question under Confluence, please just let me know if its the wrong place.

Thanks!

You're very close already.  Answers is running on Confluence with the Confluence Questions addon.

If you download and try Confluence Questions, you'll find some differences (Answers is slightly tweaked to make it more of a public forum), but it is very similar
