Hi @Jason Clarence Butler and welcome to the Community.
Atlassian Community is free, if that's what you mean by 'group'.
To find out what your Atlassian organization is getting billed for, check the Billing section in your Admin environment.
You'll see products and apps, plan type, numbers of users, billing cycle, and the next bill date.
(There are Atlassian Community license types for non-profits.)
