What is the best ways to let people ask and vote question to the management

Usecase: We want the people at our company let the CEO or the management ask any question they like via confluence. All people should be able to vote the questions. The most voted will be answered by the CEO in Confluence.

Any idea how we could realise this the best way with Confluence ?

Michael, it almost sounds like this would be easier with Jira. Just create a project for questions and let users submit them as issues.  They can be voted up, watched, and answered and discussed.  Plus you can always link them back to Confluence.

You could also search the marketplace for Confluence addons.  I know there are a number out there that might meet your needs.
