What is the best way to move information from our site wikipedia into our Confluence spaces?

I am trying to move pages/information from our site wikipedia into our Confluence spaces. Is that possible, if so, what is the best practice for accomplishing this task?

There used to be a plugin to handle this type of request, however not sure what happened it is no longer available.
