What is the best way to migrate data ( excel sheets) from share point to Confluence?

We have a huge number of excel sheets ( which have a huge number of business rules) to be migrated to confluence. 

Is there a way to import the excel sheet and create a page in confluence?

or is there a way to migrate all the data from Sharepoint to confluence?

1. Are the spreadsheets in a document store and when clicked on open to be edited? Is this what you want in Confluence? 

It is possible to add all your Excel files to a page as attachments, and to list the attachments on the page using the Attachment Macro.
