In Confluence Cloud, if I disable the Blogs feature for a specific space (via Space Settings → Manage space features), does this mean that no one can create blog posts in that space, even if they have the Create blog permission in the space’s permission scheme?
I want to understand whether the feature toggle overrides the permission, or if users with the permission can still create blogs somehow.
Disabling Blogs is disabling it from the UI perspective not from the Confluence itself. Users will still be able to create blogs without any issues.

By disabling the Blog feature in your space, you will simply hide the Blog section from the left sidebar. Users who have permission to create blog posts in your space will still be able to use the blog post creation shortcut.
To prevent the creation of blog posts in your space, you need to remove this permission in the space administration settings.

Hey @Michael Scofield! If you turn off Confluence features, it prevents users with permission to create/edit the feature from using it too. Automations and apps can use disabled Confluence features, though. I linked the documentation source below if you wanted some more details.
