We have a whole selection of users that can not edit confluence pages that they should be able to.

There are a set of users, all with similar email adressess @nnnnn.com that can not edit any of the confluence pages. They have correct permissions and others with different email can edit pages.
Could there be something behind the scenes that is blocking them?
