We have a one dbserver(postgresql) which shows all dbs in the same (jira,conflluence and crowd), if we upgrade db 9.6 to 11 version will jira and crowd server impacted or not , if something goes wrong.
Can you please give any suggestions.

If you have one postgreSQL installation that contains all databases, all databases will be affected if you upgrade the installation or if something is not working.
