We can't access to confluence

GLAM SOFTWARE January 30, 2019

A few days ago we ara having issues to acces to our confluence sever. We search information about the error but we are unable to solve it.

We found that the issue is caused because there are 2 instances in same DB but we didn't make any change before the error appears.

Non Clustered Confluence: Database is being updated by another Confluence instance. Please see http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/mwiyCg for more details.

This error means that you have two Confluence application servers accessing one database instance with a Confluence Server license.

If you are trying to run two separate instances of Confluence on a single shared database, you need to make sure that each Confluence instance is pointing to the correct database instance. Ideally, you should use different database users for each instance to make it harder for this happen.
