John,

Each OnDemand subscription includes 25 GB of disk storage. Using more than the 25 GB allotment per instance is not currently supported. I would recommend navigating to my.atlassian.com and raising a support ticket for your other question, which is directly related to your instance. I'm sure Atlassian will be able to provide you better assistance there smile.

The site you're on now, Answers, is mainly a Q&A forum provided by Atlassian but most of the interaction comes from users, admins and developers in the Atlassian ecosystem.
