We are facing many UI issues after upgrading Confluence to v6.1.4 from v5.0.3.

After upgrading our confluence to v6.1.4 from v5.0.3, left navigation bar is not properly aligned. The header is behaving not properly. We are facing many other UI issues.
Please help us in resolving this issue.

Have you tried other browsers?  And have you tried (temporarily) disabling all add-ons that might have an effect on the UI - theming ones especially?

Could you provide some screen shots and the versions of the browser(s) you've tried?
