Videos published on Confluence page are no longer available.

Hi team, 

My name is Sruthi. I've uploaded some video recordings on confluence page and published them a couple months ago. When I try to access them now, it says "preview unavailable."

Not sure what went wrong. I'd like your teams help to retrieve those videos back. Any help in this matter is truly appreciated.

Please could you check if the attachment is still existing on the page (go on the attachment section) ?

Thanks for responding back. Really appreciate it. I see the files when I click on the attachments. But when I try to "view" or "download", it says "Page not Found"
