Version for the cloud instance

it seems like our cloud instance has an older version of this plugin and I can't seem to find the upgrade button?

Version 2.0.7 is what it shows me is there a way to upgrade this?

No. Cloud addons like this are controlled entirely by Atlassian, they will maintain and upgrade it as they see fit.
