Versenden einer Ticketanfrage

Guten Tag,

der Dienstleister Seibert Media empfahl mir, dass ich mit meinem Problem direkt zu Atlassian soll. Ich habe daher den Support von Atlassian zu kontaktieren versucht (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/). Bei der Ticketerstellung wird allerdings die Cloud-URL abgefragt und wir arbeiten im eigenen Rechenzentrum.

Heißt: ich kann kein Ticket erstellen.

Welche Möglichkeiten der Kontaktaufnahme habe ich für eine zeitnahe Lösung?

Hi,

Since you're using a self-hosted Jira (Server or Data Center), the Cloud support form won't work — it only accepts Cloud URLs.

To get support for your self-hosted instance, you need to go through the Atlassian Support portal for Server/Data Center here:
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

When asked for the Cloud URL, click “I’m using Server or Data Center” below the input box. That will let you proceed without entering a Cloud URL.

If you don’t see that option, make sure you’re logged in with the Atlassian account that’s linked to your license.

Hallo,

du kannst bei der Auswahl des Produktes auf Datacenter schalten auf der rechten Seite. Scheint so du hast die cloud Version erwischt und nicht Datacenter. Screenshot 2025-06-13 095613.png

Um dann ein Ticket aufzumachen benötigst du die SEN . Die Links wie das geht findet sich direkt darunter
