Using UI Tabs, 2nd tab doesn't automatically display CalendarView Macro

I have added UI Tabs to a page where I am using Confiforms CalendarView Macro. I wanted to display my two calendars on separate tabs since they are looking at two different dates but the 2nd tab doesn’t automatically display the calendar. I have to select the 'today' button to have the calendar show up. Does anyone know how to correct this?

UI Tabs is a 3rd party plugin, right? What it's name?
