Usergroup with access can't open space

I have a problem with one space.

I created a space for internal things. The groups "adminstrators and site-admins" got access.

Now I want, that a new employee get access to this space. So i changed the group of her account from confluence-user to administrators.

When she tries to open the space, she have to request for access. I receive an email with this request.

After clicking on this link, i can't grant access and she still can't open the space.

Also I tried to give her permissions via "Individual User" section. But it is the same problem here.

Can you show us how your current permissions look like on the space and the pages she's trying to access?

Please also share the global permissions you have set up currently.
