User profile macro not displaying user's emails

When I use the user profile macro, for my own username, it displays my picture, my name, and my email address. When I use the user profile macro for someone else's username, it displays their picture and name, but not their email. This only recently became a problem; as of last week, the macro was working fine.

Hello Lauren,

Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's nice to meet you.

This could be related to the new profile changes that we are rolling out.

If you head over to id.atlassian.com > Manage Profile > Profile and Visibility, then you can choose who can see your profile details.

If they haven't permitted access for others to see that information, then I suspect it could cause the User Info macro not to display the information.

Can you confirm if that's the case?
