User not presented with delete option for file delete

Hello - I have a single user that is unable to delete files or attachments. He simply is not presented with the delete option. Our environment has two user groups Confluence Users and Admins other Confluence Users can delete without issue. anyone else run into this?

To ensure we’re discussing the same item, you have users that are unable to delete file attachments within the attachment view in Confluence cloud. There could be a few items which are causing the user to not be able to delete items. Please check the following;

• Are there page level restrictions on the page.
• Check parent pages to ensure restrictions are not present.
• Ensure the user is able to delete attachments within their own space.
• Ensure the user is using a supported browser: Supported Browsers

If you’re still having issues with the user deleting attachments, please include a screenshot of the attachment view while attempting to delete an attachment. This will help clarify exactly what the user is seeing. More about attachments may be found at Files and Manage files.

Thank you Stephen, it does appear there were restrictions setup on the parent pages, we were able to make the update to the permissions and now the user can delete attachments. thank you for your guidance!
