User macro (html+js)

I have (html+js) file that available here

How can I create user macro that work like this? (Get string and show result)

I try to create new user macro and put html+js in it, but when I add it on a page not load on page!

Any idea?

Can you post your user macro code? Make sure you are following the macro syntax.
