What happens if two users are logged in on one username account? ...does 1 of the 2 users get kicked off immediately? ..would the site crash?

No real technical issues, it'll keep working.

But you really shouldn't share accounts because it means you have no useful data about who is doing what (and a lot of industries have regulations which effectively make it illegal to share accounts - if you're in finance, government, defence etc, you could well be committing a criminal offence if a shared account can write)
