user is getting back to back issue as page not found although the page exist and while login sometimes the user is getting below errors.

Check if that user has access to that page by seeing your restricted pages:
Also, check if the user has the access to the space, if he doesn't add him to the space first.
@Nikola Perisic thanks for your response, but whenever the user try to login to the confluence she is getting page not found error although she is a added confluence_user group. i am attaching the screenshot for her error. only one user is getting this issue other can access.

@Nikola Perisic there is no restriction for any user for any space. can you please help me with the steps to bypass SSO for one user id at the time of login.

Sorry, but I cannot reply so frequently since I have my own projects to work on. Regarding your question, why would need to bypass the SSO?

@Nikola Perisic because it looks like from the issue that the SSO is not allowing the user to login and giving intruder detection. Is there any other way to resolve the issue as the user is not able to view any of the space and in app logs also nothing is printed as an error.

An alternative that you have for this is to make your space accessable for anonymous users, but this is less secure. Which identity provider are you using for the SSO?
