Hola buenas tardes, necesito despejar mis dudas, tengo 25 licencias activas de confluence, pero necesito activar unas cuentas de invitados.

por lo que mi pregunta sería cuantas licencias guest puedo utilizar, ya que asigne una sexta licencia pero me indican que aun no pueden ver el espacio, ya otorgue el permiso para que pueda acceder al espacio.

It's 5 guests per 1 user. You need to invite a new person specifically as a new guest user. They will be added into a guest user group.

Then you have to assign one space to them - a guest can only have access to one space at a time. This is important, a guest MUST have a space assigned to them.

You'll find the list of users in your Admin console (the easiest way is to go to Groups under User Management), then click the Guest group to display the list of guests. Click a name and you'll see 'Manage space access'. Click that and follow the UI.

Thank you for the prompt response, I currently have 6 guest users, and 25 licenses granted.
I assigned the corresponding space to the users, but it still tells me that it cannot see the space.

what problem could it be?

I'd be guessing here, if they have access and cannot see the assigned space, I'd contact Atlassian support to troubleshoot.
