User admin does not work after installing confluence

Hi,

I have installed confluence 6.11.2 (trial version), everything was fine, until setup asked for admin user and password, i created one (easy user and password to remember), and when i try to make any admin change as create a new user, confluence asks my admin user and password but it always failed, i just receive the message "You have requested access to an administrative function in Confluence and are required to validate your credentials below." and nothing happens, i tried installing again many times and also what is suggested on this link https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-158390.html ,and nothing works, has anyone had this issue?

If you log out are you able to login again using your username and password?  Also have you tried a different browser or clearing your cache?
