User Profile Macro: Show Only Name and Email Fields

Does anyone know how to edit the User Profile macro so it only shows the user's name and email address? Some of my users have entered in their phone numbers and positions, but I don't want those to show up. Can I hide the Phone, Website, Position, Department, and Location fields so I only see what's in green? (see image below. Code is posted below as well).

There are a few things you can try for this.

• Add-on: Linchpin User Profiles
