User Profile Error when no picture on production

I am getting an error with user profiles in Confluence on production, but not on staging

When a user doesn't have a photo in their profile it is affecting the pages - see attachments for example.

What changed? Did you do an update recently? It looks like the user has a photo but it can not find it.

This was last year and it has been solved after restarting. but we are not sure what made it happen or how it been fixed
