User Directories - Multiple values in User Name Attribute?

I would like to allow users to login to confluence with either their sAMAccountName or userPrincipalName from a connected user directory.  

Is it possible to specify multiple values in the user name attribute?

Hi Matt,

Not to my knowledge as the application expects a unique username per person.

From experience and knowledge of the application’s design, there is no way the application would see 2 different entries and assume it’s the same user.
