Guillaume PHILIPPE July 9, 2020

Hello,

I want to show the content of page into another page so I used "Include Page" macro but i have a visual effect in the page which includes another :

However my included page is :

I think there is a configuration to apply in the included page but i don't know what to do.

Thanks.

Hello @Guillaume PHILIPPE,

Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's nice to meet you.

From my understanding, you've used the Include Page macro to nest content from one page in another. However, the included page isn't formatting the same way as it does on the original page. Is that right?

Can you tell me, are both pages on the same editor, or is one on the legacy editor and one new? If you're not sure, edit each of the pages, and if the Publish button is on the top right, the page is on the new editor.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Shannon

Hi @Shannon S

Yes the format of the included page is not the same as the original page and pages have been created on the new editor (on both pages "Publish" button is available).

Thanks

Hi @Shannon S ,

The problem seems to be related to the "Align function" : in children page, images are in "Align left" mode and are well shown in the children page (but not in parent one).

If images are in "Align center" mode, images are well shown in parent page.

Is it normal ?

Thanks.

Hi Guillaume,

Thank you for clarifying that. It seems like it could be related to this bug:

The workaround confirms that if you change the alignment to center on the original page, then it works fine.

Thankfully, it looks like the bug's been added to our short-term backlog, so we'll be working on a fix for it in the near future.

Let me know if you have any questions about this!

Take care,

Shannon
