Upgrading Confluence from 7.3.5 to 7.13, what all needs to be changed.

We are upgrading our confluence to 7.3.5 to 7.13. Needs to know what all changes needs to be done? Including database, plugins and everything. What all oracle database it will support? And if we need to upgrade anything in the process or we can directly upgrade to 7.13?
