Upgraded Confluence 6.9.0 - not not able connect

Upgraded confluence (no errors) and now when I run the batch file to load confluence the dos window is sitting on .... ClusterSetupConfig$1 Populating setup configuration if running with Cluster mode....

I  do not have any Confluence Clusters.

Can you let me know what version of Confluence you upgraded to from version 6.9.0? What method did you use, and what sort of database are you running? 

Can you please show me the full stack trace from the Confluence Server Logs from when you try to start Confluence?
