Upgrade to 6.6.12 from 6.6.2

Abbas Khan May 5, 2019

Hi Team,

After upgrading my instance from version 6.6.2 to 6.6.12 everything went successful, but due to some reason in display it still shows the at footer is shows 6.6.2.

I am using MS SQL as a database.

Does anyone know what could be the issue here?

What else needs to be done?

That suggests your upgrade did not happen, or if it did, it failed to update several files.

Check the help -> about, and system information pages - do they also report 6.6.2?  If they are consistent, then it's pretty clear that your upgrade did not happen (it might have installed in a different location for example, leaving the old one untouched and running).  If they are inconsistent, then read the upgrade and application logs to see what ight be going on.

If they are inconsistent, then read the upgrade and application logs to see what ight be going on.

There should be some errors in there telling you the upgrade could not update something.
