Upgrade path from 6.0.0

We are using Atlassian Confluence 6.0.0-OD-2016.12.4-1123 version hosted by self in our organization and are looking to upgrade to the latest version.

As I checked some forums, I came to know that Atlassian Confluence 6.0.0-OD-2016.12.4-1123 is not a supported version and there is no path to upgrade from this version.

Please help with answering the following:

• Can we upgrade from Atlassian Confluence 6.0.0-OD-2016.12.4-1123 version
• What are the steps or required documentation for this upgrade

No, you can't safely upgrade.

What you'll need to do is export from there (the xml backup route), then create a temporary 6.0.latest server version, and import into there.  You can then upgrade it to 6.3 or 6.4 etc as desired.
