Upgrade from Confluence 6.3.3

I need to upgrade Confluence.  We are currently on 6.3.3 (installed on one of our servers) which is now EOL and are on starter license.  What version should I upgrade to and where can I get download from?  For the DB we use RDS.

you can upgrade directly to the latest version of Confluence by following this guide.
